These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of OQVEXA, including oqvexa.com and its related content, features, recommendations, resources, digital products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.
1. ABOUT OQVEXA
OQVEXA is a product discovery, content, recommendation, and digital resource platform.
OQVEXA may:
• Publish product recommendations, reviews, guides, resources, and other content;
• Provide links to products or services offered by third parties;
• Participate in affiliate programs; and
• Offer digital products and resources directly through oqvexa.com.
The terms applicable to a transaction may depend on whether a product is purchased directly from OQVEXA or from a third-party retailer.

3. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Products and services featured or recommended on OQVEXA may be offered, sold, fulfilled, and supported by third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, OQVEXA is not the seller of products purchased through third-party links.
When you follow a link from OQVEXA and make a purchase from Amazon or another third-party retailer, the transaction is between you and that retailer.

4. OQVEXA DIGITAL PRODUCTS
OQVEXA may offer digital products directly for purchase, including but not limited to digital downloads, templates, guides, resources, tools, documents, media, and other digital content.
The description and terms presented with a digital product at the time of purchase form part of your agreement with OQVEXA.
Digital products may be delivered electronically, made available for download, provided through a link, or otherwise made accessible electronically.
You are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete your purchase and receive access to the digital product.
5. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE
Unless a product listing expressly states otherwise, purchasing an OQVEXA digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that digital product for your own personal or internal business use.
Purchasing a digital product does not transfer ownership of OQVEXA's intellectual property to you.
Unless expressly permitted in writing by OQVEXA or stated in the applicable product license, you may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or give away an OQVEXA digital product;
• Publish or upload the digital product for others to download or access;
• Share purchased access credentials or download links with unauthorized persons;
• Claim an OQVEXA digital product as your own work;
• Reproduce or distribute the digital product for commercial resale; or
• Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Additional or different license terms may be provided with a particular digital product. Where such terms are provided, those product-specific terms will apply to that product.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices for OQVEXA digital products will be displayed at or before checkout.
Prices, promotions, and product availability may change from time to time.
Payments for products sold directly by OQVEXA may be processed through Shopify or third-party payment service providers. Your use of a payment provider may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and privacy practices.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and billing information when making a direct purchase from OQVEXA.
7. DIGITAL DELIVERY AND ACCESS
Digital products generally do not require physical shipping.
Delivery may occur through immediate download, email, account access, a webpage, or another electronic delivery method described at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for providing a valid email address and maintaining compatible devices, software, and internet access where reasonably necessary to use a digital product.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Purchases made from third-party retailers are subject to the applicable retailer's return and refund policies.
OQVEXA digital products are subject to OQVEXA's Return and Refund Policy.
Because digital products may be delivered or made accessible immediately, digital product purchases are generally final and non-refundable once delivered, downloaded, accessed, or otherwise made available, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OQVEXA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services, third-party websites, third-party products, or third-party services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
16. PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also subject to the OQVEXA Privacy Policy.
When you purchase directly from OQVEXA, information associated with the transaction may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, and other service providers necessary to complete and administer the transaction.
Purchases made from third-party retailers are subject to those retailers' respective privacy practices.
17. CHANGES TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS
OQVEXA may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services from time to time.
We may also update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or applicable requirements.
When these Terms are updated, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
18. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms will be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of any mandatory rights or protections that apply under the laws of their jurisdiction.
